Our technical proposal for the production of PE-Xa EVOH 5 layers pipes was very well received by our visitors.

Our customers who were interested in our Know-How and proposal, witnessed the quality and stability of our extrusion line first hand during the whole day.

📈 They were able to see the production line live for more than 5 hours and were able to select samples of PE-Xa EVOH 5 layers pipes at any time during the event directly from the production line.

Our proposal allows to produce PE-Xa pipes with the best quality and dimensional stability at high production speed.

During the whole event the production features were:

Complete and synchronized production line from the mixing system of the recipe components to the automatic end-of-line coiling.

✅ Line speed at 35 m/min
✅ Checking of wall thickness, diameter and ovality of PE-Xa inner layer
✅ Checking of the diameter and ovality of the final pipe with all layers.
